1/2-1cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
1/3-1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3-1/2 cup dessicated or shredded coconut
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/3-1/2 cup cashews or almonds or other seeds (hemp, sesame, sunflower, flax, poppy)
1/3-1/2 cup fruit juice
1 tbsp honey
1/2-1cup ice cubes
Directions:
Blitz thoroughtly. Makes enough for two moderate stomachs or one greedy one.
